Your staff is divided into 2 teams: Team ‘A’ will create appetizers and salad, and Team ‘B’ will create 2-3 pasta dishes. A wide array of local produce, gourmet cheeses, fresh herbs and exciting condiments are available to work with as the chef’s ‘assist’ each team to create the perfect lunch or dinner guided by a professional CIBO chef.!  Show off what you’ve made, and enjoy everything at our communal table. Regional snacks, unlimited local house wine (drink responsibly ), still and sparkling water is provided, as well an an in house-made dessert.

Your company is divided up into 2-3 groups; when the secret ingredients are revealed, each group gets cooking!  With the help of our chefs, each team is responsible to cook up an appetizer, a main course and a dessert; race against the clock to produce the best dish, to be critiqued by your co-workers.  Enjoy all of the dishes at our Harvest Table.  Still and sparkling water is provided, as well as coffee and tea with a house-made dessert.

  • Our ‘Appetizer Extravaganza “Team Building class lets your entire group enjoy a “hands-on” experience  in our state-of art kitchen to create a variety of  Italian appetizers, all from scratch!  Your large team is divided into 5 small teams, where they explore various venues, going from station to station to create different tasty appetizers .  After approx. 1.5 hours in the kitchen, CIBO is quickly transformed into a stand-up cocktail party.  Enjoy all of the appetizers, passed around by our servers, or at stations.  Included is Still or Sparkling water, and coffee and tea with mini desserts.  Each event is custom-designed for your company.  Past seasonal appetizers have include:

Our open-concept kitchen is perfect for a unique lunch with friends or co-workers.  Your event begins with a demonstration of cooking techniques and tastings in the kitchen.  You are then seated our communal table to enjoy a four course lunch.  Menus include a seasonal soup or salad, main dish and a homemade dessert.  Still and Sparkling water and unlimited house wine (drink responsibly) is provided.
